This course is meant for those who want to go in depth of yoga science and for those who wish pursue teaching yoga as a career and to get satisfaction through teaching and helping people.

Teachers training program is of 200 to 500 hrs duration.

These programs contain:

• Anatomy (form) and Physiology (functions) of yoga benefits.
• Detailed explaination of Principle postures (Asanas), Breathing techniques (Pranayama), Seals (Bandhas), Mudras (Gestures).
• Basic Kriyas from Cleaning part of Shatkrama (Purification method).
• Teaching methodology in respect to yoga like adjustments and alignment for standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends, inversions, and balances, and the art of sequencing.
• Subtle yogic anatomy like Kundalini and Chakras.
• Yoga philosophy that includes text like Patanjali Yoga sutras, Hatha yoga Samhitas and relation of yoga with ayurveda.
• Knowledge about modern styles of yoga.
• Methods of designing the class for groups and individuals.
• Teaching of meditation.
• Yoga therapy for common ailments.

Certificate programs are followed by strict examination, upon successful completion the INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATES will be provided.

Non certificate programs have no examinations, it is meant for those who want to deepen their practice
